Knowing that builders out there have various size of budget and differing build times I thought I'd offer two levels of flat pack. The first being a basic chassis which stops at RS14 and the second being an a near complete flat packed rolling chassis including diff mounts ,wishbones and rear uprights.
All chassis tube angles 45' - 90' are cut with a cold saw so no chop saw blade wobble giving 1-2mm variations. All chassis compound angles and wishbone tubing are cut on a mill.

The basic flatpack will comprise of:
the main chassis up to RS14 all in 25x25x1.6 ERW box
the transmission tunnel for a type9 box (this can be trimed to make MT75)
rear suspension mounts CP1+2+3+4+5+6+7+10
16 wishbone brackets 4 damper brackets
Total £200 £40p&p

The rolling chassis flat pack will comprise of:
the basic flat pack plus RP1+2+3(bent rear tub tube) D13 CP8
SW1+2+3 CP15 column mount
CP19+20+21 rack mount

Full set of wishbones
profile cut 25x2 and 19x2 CDS
M18x1.5 + M20x2.5 Threaded bushes M20x2.5 stud
44x bush tubes
5mm front plate
2 damper brakets

Rear set of uprights
3mm CNC laser cut RU1+2+3+4+5+6
RU7 pre drilled RU8 tapped to M10

Diff mounts
DM1 pre drilled to match CP10 +DM2

Total £400 £40p&p

just a quick question. how can a type9 tunnel be trimmed to make an mt75 one? the mt75 is a bigger box so surely it would need more material in certain places. or am i missing something?

Type 9 is a smaller box, so the tunnel is narrower and the box sections longer.

MT is larger, so the tunnel is wider and the box sections can be shorter.
