Hi, what sealant does everyone use to seal between the aluminium floor/panels and the chassis rails?. I'm sure someone's said that acrylic sealer damages the panels over time, so do I need to use polyurethane based sealant?.
I see fabby mentioned Sikaflex, I can get EBT for £7.14 locally from S/Fix if that does the trick. Anybody else recommend this make, thanks Dave.

i used this stuff from toolstation it sticks like buggery to anything...including hands boots etc etc...i glued to bits of ally together with it and had to rip them apart to break the seal......cheap too !!

You could try Everbuild Stixall, comes in white or clear and it soes what it says on the tin, namely stix all. Will even cure under water. Available from several sources but best price I found was on evilbay.

I used a product called omniseal that I got from my local autofactors. Basically any PU adhesive should do the trick.

Cheers
