Gents
Does anyone know the dimensions for the taper reamer? Min Dia-Max Dia and the angle or length? I might be able to get one made up (its not what you know but.......) It can then do the rounds for the rest of you guys, think there is only one in circulation at the moment reading the post on the forum.
Had a scan in the book but may have missed it somewhere.

Hi Talon
Yes that helps, all I really need to know now is what the min dia. is for the lead on the reamer.
Cheers

I think thats too small as the bottom of the taper is about 14-14.5mm. The one I used for my uprights is 19-20 at the end, I would say buy 2-3 of the same ball joints from different manufactures and measure very carefuly.

Ok, so are we saying the reamer needs to be from 14mm(lead) - 20mm (end) at a 2.5 degree angle?

Ah sorry...... think I might have got my wires crossed here, we are half way through doing a batch of mushrooms which takes the TRANSIT ball joint D'oh.
The reamer for the MAXI ball joint (bottom) is about 2mm one end and 19-20mm the other over 150mm ish.
