I am on the look for a Banjo fitting for my new fuel pump..the outlet is 12mm and i am using 10mm hose...i can find plenty on the bay for 8mm hose but nothing for 10mm...i know i could join to hoses but thought it would be better with as less joints as possible...anybody got any links ??
BTW its a 2.0 injection setup

Could you not change the banjo stub for a push on fitting if you can't find the right size??

Theres a thought....the stub looks to have a spring of some sort in it ...so i was a bit weary about removing it incase it went POP ...do you have any idea what its for ?

In the pic it looks like its got 2 outlets, one where the screw thread is and one where the holes are for the banjo. Ive not seen one like it. Normally the bolt has a channel down the centre and a hole coming out the side.

Take it to a company like BSP or Pirtek etc, a decent hydraulics firm should be able to sort you out.

I did....they (pirtek) couldnt...think they were a bit bamboozled with what i needed...i have ended out sorting a 1/8th NPT to 10mm hose outlet from Europa parts....hopefully that will do the trick !!

Same thing is fitted to VAG older cars and is more than likely metric and there is a large nut that fits over the end of banjo with two copper washers.
