I think someone told me that the standard CP9 chassis plates that the rollbar stays mount to fail the IVA as they only have one bolt each and need two.
Anyone know if that's correct?
If so, what are people doing about mating the rollbar stays to the chassis?
Is it ok to keep them in the same place, but make them wider with two holes, one either side of the stay?

Hi Skov
I can't give you a definitive answer but in light of the IVA fail of a Roadster using a single bolt fixing, I intend to re-make my mounting plates so as to incorporate twin mounting bolts.
At least that will be one thing less to worry about come IVA time ;)

Ive done similar to the top mount using a 100x100 plate with 4 holes, similar to handyandys (if you can find a pic).

Here,s how I,ve done mine, roll bar & back stays all held in place with 16 bolts/nylocs , 8.8 strength.
Should hopefully pass IVA requirements :D

That looks fairly sturdy!
What are folks doing for the ali tub?

I have an alloy rear tub on my build Skov
Going to replace the book spec mounts with a twin bolt set up as you described.
I did move the rear back stays a little more outwards, once bolted up, I intend to bring a stay from the underside of the back stay mount to the top of the outer edges of the diff mounting cage ( I hope that makes some sense mate ) :D
Here is the best picture that I can find at the moment, not very clear but you might be able to work out what I mean !!
Excuse the cheesy grin, I was feeling rather pleased with myself after finally getting the chassis rolling :o

This is an old photo, I will be replacing the cross bar with something a bit more HD & will probably do the same with the back stays ;)
