How to insert an "Insert image"

Hi All
How do I insert an image or picture on a thread on the Forum, by clicking on the Insert Image button it will give a link, but will not let me Browse as normal on the stored files. So how is it done? I might be correct saying some others have had this difficulty as well!!!!!!

This forum doesn't host files. So your image needs to be uploaded already. Somewhere like Photobucket or Flickr. Then you link to the image on the hosting website.

click onto the icon that looks like a paperclip then a window will appear.You can then browse and find your image on your pc and upload it.(the limits are very low though).
