I cant imagine ever doing this. In this house that would be the same as commiting a murder and leaving a documented trail of where and when the crime was commited along with a list of helpers and informants. I would definitely find body bits missing if i came clean about some of my projects. Safest way would to put a pebble in a bag for every quid spent and count them up at the end.

i've got a book where it has my "Wants / needs" (car parts), my "Wants / needs" (tools), general ideas (my memory is sh*t), total spent so far :eek: , drawing / designs.

I think for me anyway it's good to look back on what i have done and how i went about it, and some times to think "I'm glad i did not do that".

I make profit of car parts I sell on, I spend money on cars, I make money, I loose money, NET is money in the bank.

Mrs would probably be surprised at the outlay, but I can offset that with records of money in through my own time and effort. So she does not quibble.
The is more annoyed by the number of cars I go through.
