Been looking at that image for ages to see if I can see a hidden image, my eyes are now crossed :D :D
Has it a secret meaning ?
I am just a doddery old fart I guess :o :o
Took Junior ages to sort out the size of the GIF image that I use.

Doddery old fart I'm afraid, it's a QR barcode (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code) that you scan with a smart phone and will take you to a specific link.
There starting to pop up everywhere, there is even a 4ft tall one on the call of duty advertising boards.

My android did the Persil challenge on Monday.
I am back in the world of real keys and pressing buttons thrice to get a letter.

Oh, using QR codes to post links online is plain silly! They only make sense on paper, on a projection screen, etc, where you'd need to write stuff down otherwise.
If carrying links over from the computer to the phone is what you need, I recommed taking a look at Mobile Firefox. If you enable Sync on your desktop Firefox and link your mobile to it, you'll be able to open on the phone the tabs you have on the desktop, not to mention passwords and address book.
