Having problems now that its getting colder with the inside of my helmet fogging up and being a bit cold to keep it open at the bottom. Just wondering if anyone has used this stuff and know if it works or know of something better?

I'm also finding that driving in fog/mist is troublesome as all the small droplets stick to the outside of the visor making it looked "fogged" up and have to constantly wipe it clean with my hand (every 10-15 secs in heavy mist/fog). Rain isn't a problem as that tends to bead up and roll off reasonably well. Just wondering again if something like this will help much or if there's something better out there?

Dry hand soap rubbed onto visor then polished off works and so does Rain-ex....best bet is go faster and turn your head a bit....whoooosh water gone and wear a neoprene face mask as this stops visor misting and keeps you warm at the same time

drop of fairy liquid on the inside of the visor and buffed off will stop it misting up

I use Muc-off visor n helmet cleaner.....
As said above, just turn yer hear one way then the other n the waters gone.
Stops the visor gumming up too....
And i'd agree with the face neck snood, warmer n stops gumming up the visor....

Get a PIN system visor, the PIN's hold a thin plastic film to the main visor. It works like double glazzing. I wouldn't use anything else.

At the moment I'm just using the cheap box helmet that came free with my 125 so it's got some vents but no antifog films etc. I picked up a face mask thing from a ski shop at lunch and that works really well. I can have the visor fully closed and no fogging up so long as the vents are fully open (before even with the vents fully open and no face mask it would fog up quickly). I also tried buffing hard hand soap (dove) onto the outside and that seems to help a bit. It certainly clears better when I wipe it with my glove but still doesn't bead up that well when driving thru fog. the head turning thing as well doesn't seem to really work unless I'm doing around 50mph or work when its all the small mist/fog particles stuck to the visor :(

That drizzly foggy weather will always be a bit of a problem on the outside of your visor . I got a little rubber windscreen wiper blade which fits on your l/h index finger over the glove . you just sweep it over your visor just like a ww wiper ---I find it works well
