Came across this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/15BHP-Power-Mod-Chip-Piaggio-Vespa-Hyosung-GT250R-KTM-/200448428428 and was wondering if anyone has tried one or something similar? Do they actually work as well as claimed?

Some ECU mods can increase power that is made unavailable by the manufacturer for emissions reasons, but most aftermarket chips like that work against the current ECU and aren't very good for the engine. Not to mention it'll void any sort of warranty that you might have.
Flyin Miata do a whole new ECU for MX-5's which is supposed to be quite good.

Cool good to know guys. I was thinking of using on a bike though rather than car as my roadster is running carbs instead of efi.
