Cp9 - Cp25

Hello,
There are some things not explicitly said in the book I would like more details about :
- CP9 : around the cut for RP3, there is a "thin" edge (5mm) and a "wide" edge (15mm). Which one is supposed to come on the inside of RP3, which one on the outside ?
- CP25 : do I need 4 plates on each side of both CP9, or just 2 of them ? In that case (2 plates), are they supposed to be placed on the inside or on the outside of CP9 ?
My guess is the "thin" edge of CP9 on the outside of RP3, so CP25 can come under, as I have checked a thread http://www.haynes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=4775&highlight=CP25 where it is said that it is only 2 x CP25, to be placed on the outside of both RP3, but I'd like to be sure.

That is the same way I did mine originally. The only thing to bear in mind is that certainly in the uk the roll bar back stays seem to have to be fixed by two bolts rather than just the one I overcame this by welding another plate on the top plate and replaced the back stay bottom fixing plate with a matching one enabling a bolt fixing either side of the back stay. Hope that makes sense....

this is just if the iva tester sees fit also if the seatbelts are mounted drectly to chassis there is no requiremnt to check roll bar fixings :)

I think you are right.If you look at p49 in fig 4.26 you can just make out the cp9 plates.

Ozzy, you are spot on ! I hadn't looked so closely to the sketch, and yes you are totally right, we can see the position of CP9 (as well as the sketch 4.15 page 43 btw :) ). Sorry...
Regarding the 1 or 2 bolts attach point, I think 1 is OK here in Sweden, but it is good to know how to make it a 2 bots attach point if necessary in the future. So thank you for that too.
