Spigot rings

I have found a set of 15" wheels originally fitted to Peugeot cars. The center bore of the wheels is 65.1mm while the required for Ford hubs should be 63.3mm. I have done a search for spigot rings but found nothing. I assume that they are not available since the diameter difference is so small. There is always the option to make some alumimun rings on a lathe but if they are commercially available this would save quite some trouble and time.
Has anyone ever run into this problem in the past? Can i find these spigot rings somewhere?
Do you recommend (safety-wise) to use the wheels with spigot rings, or i should search for some wheels that fit without the need for them? Thanks!

Found some plastic ones on eBay a while back.
The wheels I had (Two Gates, Minilites replicas) had a tapered spigot hole so needed turning down

[Granny eggs disclaimer], you're probably aware that the offset on PSA wheels is 15-25 mm instead of ~38 mm on Ford, so you'll get 3-4 cm extra track width, and it might negatively impact the steering. Extra load on the wheel bearings is probably irrelevant as the car is so light.

I used to run some Pug offset wheels on our old Mondeo. It cornered very well but steering was a bit skittish...

Yes, i already knew that, but anyway i have bought a set of some nice Ford wheels. I would like a bit more offset to get a scrub radius closer to zero, but anyway you need a bigger budget to have things exactly as you would like them.
