I might not be Welsh but I was brought up in Bridgend in the 70's and anyone who knows Rugby will know Bridgend were the dogs danglies.

Everyone wants to claim Welsh ancestry when we win:(
We're usually British when we win and Welsh when we lose:rolleyes:

Great win and a great game, very close. Was hoping Scotland would beat the French today, but was not to be. Cardiff 17 March should be a good night if I can swing it!

I've got tickets for Wales v France, looks like it will probably be grand slam decider, can't wait. I don't think Wales have really played that well yet but we keep winning which is the main thing.......go Wales !

A win is a win no matter how you look at it.....Shame about Scotland yesterday as I really thought they were going to kick some French arse.
Me quiet?.......never, a spade is a spade and if Wales manage to grab the Grand Slam then that's cool with me:D

Cardiff was most definately red, hell of an atmosphere in the ground. My hat go's off to the French supporters they even stayed for the Ceremony, not sure I would have done that had I travelled to France and watched Wales lose.

Rugby fans are different, never any grief and appreciate the game win or lose. Unlike some other sports

Very true, can you imagine mixing the supporters at a football match  I love football just as much as rugby, I stopped going to watch cardiff city about 15 years ago when i was in my teens. I once witnessed a fight, people were kicking each other whilst some were unconscious on the floor, total idiots, all about 9 stone soaking wet and not a gcse between them. Think its got a lot better now though thankfully.

A guy I know lives within spitting distance of twickers. Traffic on match days is what you would expect but in all the years he has been there he has never had any grief from the thousands of foot soldiers that trolley out of the stadium right past his front door . That really does say a lot about the rugby fans in my book.

It's football fans that are the knob heads, but then football is a knob heads game anyway :D :D

That's right in rugby the knobheads kick the shit out of each other on the field. far more civilised
Then there's the behaviour of the players off the field! shinning examples

Well you know what they say, football is a gentlemans game played by hooligans where as rugby is a hooligans game played by gentlemen, unless your at the world cup and wear a white shirt with a rose on it
