I would have snapped that up at £350 if it had been nearer. That's a good deal.

I have the same machine and paid £600+ for it four or five years ago. Its a usefull tool as long as you're not looking to do anything to precise, although in the hands of a proper machinist instead of a mechanic pretending to be a machinist (that'll be me then) I'm fairly sure it would be capable of precision work. Worst problem is they're cheaply manufactured and things like the grub screws on the slide control wheels come loose.
