I changed the gear oil on my scooby the other day and now the clothes I was wearing stink of it!
I've washed them but they still Stink!!!!
What's the best way to get rid of the smell?

mask it some way or other or just wait and keep washing, i spilt inside of my old pug and it lingerd for a while!! its absolutly rank smelling stuff!

The only way to get rid of the smell of EP80-90 ect is throw every thing away.

You lot dont know what your on about , just wash them in diesel and then you wont smell the gear oil:p

Firstly, stop washing them in a puddle just outside the garage - and invest in some biological detergent and use the washing machine (white square object with a round window in the front lots of buttons and lights usually found in the kitchen). If that doesnt work - leave them in the garage and wear them next time rather than ruining more clothes :D

we use gallons of the the stuff on the trains at work its a real thick oil thats realy hard to break down
thay dryclean our overalls that works but aslovent of some sort should shift it

Brake cleaner ? Minging stuff gear oil.
