View Full Version : CVH Clutch plate wanted

I popped the clutch plate out while I had the engine out.
It seems to have less than a mm on the grooves.

The CVH will only be in for 2k miles max though so don't know whether to change it, dont' really want to pay £60 for a new one.

If anyone has a spare one with more meat on it....

I'm also going to chop the sump, any tips for replacing the sump plug, I don't have a tap big enough for the current size?

Use a smaller nut and bolt through the sump wall lower down and put a copper washer on the outside to seal it,if you look at most tin sump pans that is basically what they use.
