I have fabbed the std pedal box design out of the box but it looks a bit naff (due to my skills not necessarily the design)

I modelled the original design in CAD and then kept the hole centres but replaced the 'PBx' plates with tube instead.... any reason why this wouldn't work?

Very funny, I did the exact opposite : I used tubes for pedal shafts and plates for brackets :)

Is there room to get the pedal pivot bolts in and out. It's a bit tight on my pedal box.

Good point, skov.

If the bolts for clutch and acc go in one direction and the brake the other then it works OK.... I think :p

I'd say, if the brake pedal gives enough clearance to insert clutch and gas bolts from the brake pedal side, you're fine. The side walls will be very close.

i had a good old look at the pedalbox and when i boiled it down it got to one of two options totaly redesign one myself or find somthing to replace the orignal from a doner or aftermarket.
the other problem is the master cyl is very low and idealy you need to keep all the pipework lower so fluid leaks out in a problem not lets air in its much safer that way.
the problem i found is that almost all the aftermarket stuff is ballance bar brake cyl types that are a little tricker to set and lock for iva.

the result for me was to end up with a very nice drop down set with everything above your feet its the bit i like the most about my build.
