I assume it will be ok just to put a mini filter on the cam cover breather? I take it I'm gonna have to put cat on it too:confused: |
The cam cover breather i think would originally go to the air filter box. Im thinking it may be an MOT failure if venting to atmosphere even with a filter on, im assuming it somehow needs to go back into the inlet.
Yeah will need a cat |
Hi,
Just a tip about the cat. Most motorbike exhausts have an integrated cat nowadays, including the nice aftermarket ones (carbon, stainless steel, etc.). It can avoid the need of fitting either an ugly cat on your exhaust line, or a very expensive better looking one :p . I needed a cat with my Sierra DOHC, and I fitted a BMW K1300R exhaust a friend gave me. I'm still not sure about the emission test, but as it has to do with the year of the car, it should pass. No way to know about it beforehand anyway  ![]() 2013-12-04_14-44-19 par Voucht71, sur Flickr Other pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/9949833...7638348354966/ Video with sound here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2VpdHpMDG0 Hope this will help :) |

Thank you Kev,
OK I see. But how did you attach the front of the bonnet to the chassis? Do you mean that now, the front has no attachment point? |
