Hazard lights

Bit of a tangent to the conversation, but i have purchased the pedal box from CBS, but the accelerator pedal does not offer enough movement to fully extend the throttle cable. I have instead built a new accelerator pedal which now does the job, but is bigger then i wanted it to be, but needs to be this size to allow the throttle cable to fully extend.
Has anyone got any pictures of a similar set-up that works?

You could make a smaller pulley at the throttle body end and keep the original pedal.

I havent done it yet but I will if I dont like the travel. I made my own pedal box and I think the travel is ok.

Well after further investigation i have found that the hazards use a fuse called BTN2 which is in the main fuse block. Underneath this, i do not have anything connected and i have an empty socket, but i cant find any plugs that fit it.

Any suggestions what should be connected to this socket?
