I have a DC tig bought second hand and its a chinese one labeled by a UK supplier of which there are afew. Mine has been ok so far but its not used all the time. If you buy any import the problem can be will you get it looked at if anything goes wrong? If you can get one from your welding supplier who services these machines then I would look at that as an option maybe.
You will probably wont get one as cheap tho.

Wish someone had told me in 1972 I would still need to buy tools on a regular basis,I would have trained as a brain surgeon.
Cheap is not always bad but most of the time you get what you pay for, £75-£80 k's worth of tools I am buying no more, got the bosses job so no need !

Sip t 177 tig/ Siegen 180 mig welder never a flicker from either but not cheap.

I bought a D.C. tig from a well known auction site, it's a wolf and the guy had ten on there. He put 9 on with a buy now price and one at auction by mistake.
£89 and many heated e-mails and a threat of paypal it finally arrived.
I have had my monies worth out of it and if it fell in a ruck tomorrow it wouldn't owe me a penny.
So keep hunting on that well known site, some people to c**k up now and again
