I may be wrong but I think that that is only required for a new registration build

Q & age related plates are exempt, at least that was my understanding when I last had a read of the IVA draft manual :)

I think you have to have a restrictor if you have a car which needs a cat test i.e has to take unleaded, but I don`t think you need one if you have a pre cat test engine say pre `95, don`t take my word for it but I seem to recall reading it in the IVA manual somewhere. Dennis.

No you do not need to label the filler cap for unleaded!!!
