Decided I need some seats and runners before fitting the floor,

Read up about the headlamp mounts

Looked at what needs to be done for the bulkhead on the drivers side..

And My build thread shows where I am at on the construction :)

Spent a couple of evenings and today on the car. Brake and fuel lines are now run throughout the car and riveted in. Bought an air/hydraulic riveter (one of the cheap ones) and it is a fantastic time and energy saver - makes riveting fun :p I've also built up one of the rear corners having cleaned and painted everything. Spent this afternoon cutting out the seat back panel - all ready for drilling and riveting now :)

I've updated the pics on my facebook gallery 3 in my signature.

Hey guys just stop it, I can't take it anymore. All this talk about whats been done. There's no light at the end of my tunnel, packed in work earlier this year to look after grandaughter fulltime, so money extremely short but time even more so. Only get one day a week less other relatives help out and not had any movement on car since last year. Just collected a few bits when possible,at this rate could be longest build yet, could beat Ronnie.

I got one of these -

You need a compressor that will produce 90psi, but apart from that it uses very little air - I did all the brake and fuel line riveitng and my little 25ltr Lidl compressor only topped up the reservoir once. It's quite a big bit of kit but the actually rivetting nozzle isn't that big - no worse than trying to get the battery drill in to drill the holes.

Cool, My old Airmaster tops out at 110. I had that gun on my watch list.

It will make the job possible for The 6yr old ;)

Too much work and not enough car build :(

Same here, may be able to remove one or two from the dole que if my work carries on like this, just picked up a few good contracts so once all the graft is done I should have some ££££ for my build

Now got my seat back cleco'd in place and cut out the drivers side tunnel sheet - all the pics on gallery 3 in my signature. I really wasn't looking forward to this bit of the job but it has turned out to be very enjoyable :D
