I've heard enough good things about Talon to have ordered a chassis from him. In fact I have heard good things about Saturn too, it's just that Talon, in my case, is a LOT closer.

i have a kit from handy andy and all i can say is good tube, good value, andy is helpful and will give advice and backup, saves loads of time and trouble and only required minor fettling as any tube kit would !
take it from me im sure you would have no regrets form buying one of andys kits.
