Fair point Adrian, is copper grease conductive though? I've never tested it:) .

I doubt the IVA would care about nylocs on electrical earths. You don't find it on production cars, some have spade connectors for earth terminals.

I have never seen a nyloc on a battery and that is the EARTH.
