Just been out and had a quick look, both sides are spot on, so it must have been the photo. Glad you mentioned it though, without your imput i dont think i would have got this far without a major cockup somewhere in the chassis.

With regards to the tank in the lower position, where have you put your filler neck?

thanks

nathan

Told you I need to crawl under that stone :D nice one, sorry for suggesting it looked odd, probably the different sized tube that caught my eye:o

My filler neck/fuel cap .....the fuel cap is located on the "boot cover", I,ve heard from a few builders that have put it on the tub back or sides that its difficult to fill when at the pumps due to the angle so I,ve placed my fuel cap ABOVE the tank so it has a near vertical flow down to the tank.
But then again, my tank isn,t a "book spec" tank.

cheers andy

sorry Nathan, i keep going offline as i,m in the middle of cutting 2 kits at the mo .

My build photos are mostly on the "Big Day" thread in the chassis section, tho there are no pics of the fuel cap in position ( must update that thread), but there are a few photos showing my tank/filler neck in that thread.

cheers
andy
