My sierra cable was practically new so I'm adapting it. This is the end I've made for the pedal side.

anyone know if there is a a longer version of the capri 1.3 cable
my topmount pedal box needs the same kind of cable but with a longer inner and outer

Thats a proper job , its a shame you cant just buy them. The ones in our diy cable repair kits only have two tiny grub screws in them . ok to get you home but do pull off in time.

There is a company that will make you any cable you want in any shape or form,sorry cant remember who but someone on the forum will.

ok i have done it the hard way here are some pt no. for manual ajuster type ford rwd clutch cables looking at the picturs all have a eye pedal end and ajustable box end with pip end on inner same as a sierra type9
all qh pt no.s

escort II ohv = 76cm = qcc1061
capri I -72 1.3/1.6 = 78cm = qcc1005
escort I -72 = 86cm = qcc1003
72- = 86.3cm = qcc1055
capri I 72- 1.3 = 95cm = qcc1045
1.6 = 110cm = qcc1048
cortina 70-79 1.6/2.0 = 122.3cm = qcc1010
escort II rs = 100.3 cm = qcc1062
