Many thanks for all your replys i have done some more to my leaflet but its still quite "amateur" looking...will see if i can improve that a bit..My main aims would be customer service in the hope that my name will be passed around. One of my intentions is to give the customer an exact time for me to start the job and also a courtesy call on route . I will also do my best to provide a fixed price with no hidden extras..with discounts to OAP's and for any body who has had my BUSINESS :D card given to them by a previous happy customer...not even started up properly yet but tomorrow i am fitting two new radiators and welding a golf gti floor pan...

Get customer service right & the trickle of customers will soon become a flood ;)

Lot's of decent handy men around here are never short of a job .... I know as Junior works for most of them :cool:

Local leafleting done personaly can be very effective & need not cost the earth.
