Yes, that's the material specified in the book :)

You'll also need some 19mm X 19mm square tube to the same spec ;)

Cheers Bonzo :)

due to my book not arriving yet.......

What total lengths do I need of 25x25 and 19x19?

Cheers,

(damn book better arrive tomorrow  )

Headshot,

You might have to run an average, HandyAndy and other will give you a precise amount I am sure, I got six 6m lengths of the 25mm and two of the 19mm. I think.

Cheers Ginge

HandyAndy 23rd May 2010 07:11 PM

As Ginge has suggested.....
6x 6mtr lengths of 25mm box ERW steel

I would suggest you get 3x6mtr 19mm (20mm is ok) box ERW

there will be times that a bit of spare comes in handy ;) dummy shocks etc

cheers

I would second that bit about the extra, I wish I had some ‘extra stock’ right now.

gingea1pom 26th May 2010 08:21 AM

The search for the CP24 fixing location is overrated.:D I spent ages reading and re-reading the good book when this subject first raised it’s head, I thought I would be clever, wrong.

Happy hunting and don’t waste to much time on it.

Cheers Ginge
