I did think about that Andy, but they are postcodes, so if anyone wanted to try and nick our cars they'd have to search the street to find the house with the shiny car in the garage, in which case someone could have done already.

If anyone wants their postcode taken off the map i'll happily do so.

Tatey,,,

i,m not trying to be a killjoy, in fact the idea is a great one for the members of the forum but as its a public forum, there,s some not so nice people about & maybe....just maybe this MIGHT make it easier for them to locate our pride & joy,s.

cheers

Ow no sumone is on thare way to nick my car!

It is a dam good point. Thankfully as pointed out. My postcoad narowes dawn the location of my build to about 80 houses. All with garadges most full of stuff not cars and non have windows.

I hope all us potentiol nieave fools are ok.

I'm not worrying, my postcode only tells what street i live in. my build is in another town locally.

I see the point, can you not just narrow in down to a partial postcode like ka24 and a town name.

Matthew 13th December 2009 09:49 AM

My postcode's a bit too specific - only about 10 houses, but can you add me anyway, based on the village - Liphook, Hampshire
