Thanks for your kind words Chris, you,ll soon be unwrapping the stage 1 kit & getting stuck into your build,

David :o , aww shucks :) I just thought it allows a builder to have the option to actually make a start on their build knowing that each stage will follow when the time is right for them .

many thanks for the thumbs up :)

cheers
andy

Thanks Andy

Just thought i'd mention that my Handy Andy flat pack kit arrived today. Ive already got it laid out on the build table and it looks tip top with everything present and correct (as expected).

I can't believe how well its labeled up, even the angles on the ends of the tubes are marked up. Hopefully this means it will be idiot proof, well i'll see about that anyway ,:)

Almost seems a shame to let my dodgy welding anywhere near it:o

If you get really stuck on the welding side of things & fancy a visit to Penzance, I would be happy to spend a few hours giving you some basic MIG welding tuition :)

Quite happy to offer welding assistance to any forum member who is local or willing to travel ;)

Nothing wrong with a big fat hairy, man hug Mark:D

Just a shame I live so far West of most folk .... If I hadn't had help & moral support from some of the memberers of this forum, my build would have been abandoned many moons ago ;)

I too have had some much needed help from a member of this forum but can assure you he would be the last bloke you would want to hug...his arms are bigger than my legs so a hug from the "big fella" would certainly mean a trip to A&E

Bonzo 26th January 2011 04:10 PM

Tell you what Mark, I would rather have a hug from the big fella than come face to face with him on the rugby pitch

Think I would be beyond the help of A&E :D

Sorry for the thread highjack Andy mate :o

Thanks for your kind words Fatbungy ( I must ask where that name came from :D ) & I hope you enjoy building the kit as much as I enjoy cutting them:cool:
Any questions.....the forum is your "friend"

Enjoy your build & when you get chance post up a couple of photos of your progress.

And as for the big hairy hugs  Can you imagine the looks on folks faces if we all performed a huge forum hug at stoneleigh :D
But, you,re spot on....its a great community on here.

andy
