So i got a few hours in this weekend.
I started with what should be a simple job fitting a wire wheel to the bench grinder

Untitled by stephen harborne, on Flickr

Untitled by stephen harborne, on Flickr

Turns out it wasnt so simple i had to make a bushing to fit the middle so it ended up taking about an hour in the end.

Havnt done a tap since may but work will commence soon

rpjg1975 4th January 2018 09:47 AM

Bloody hell, that’s a good amount of space :)

twinturbo 4th January 2018 08:56 PM

I have 280 SqFt , sort of sounds a lot, and it seemed big when built.

Now, "it's a potential death trap!"

Steve looks like he has a lot of space to clutter up ;)

TT

SteveH1 4th January 2018 09:24 PM

Thanks its about 500sq ft.
Ive already spent a most of the time falling over stuff as everything just got dumped in when we moved

rpjg1975 4th January 2018 10:24 PM

You have room to fall over?? I’m jealous ;)

Ianr 5th January 2018 08:17 AM

I started making the tunnel cover panels

Untitled by stephen harborne, on Flickr

SteveH1 19th February 2018 09:51 PM

At the weekend i decided that i would make the side panels out of aluminium
Turns out thats not so easy
I tried to bend the flanges on the sides of the panel and i just made a mess of it so i cut out the sheets and brought them to a local fab shop
