just a wee update (see the thread windscreen)
windscreen fitted not permanent yet but couldn't wait and some silver trs harnesses to complement, happy bunny tonight :)

so waiting for some more bits to come so thought I would get the dash done so I can finish its wiring, trimmed in the same leathercloth as the interior

so temporay fitted the dash today couldn't resist it :) and made good the paintwork around the scuttle will have to raise the screen to fit the rubber seal when it comes and a wee bit of wiring to finish behind the dash, quite happy with how its looking so need to sort out the steering cover, waiting on a steering wheel and boss arriving.

well I guess we all have a bad day sometime............... today grrr1 my £20 angle grinder gave up , it died in a ball of smoke , how dare it its done from the start of my build to now been abused cutting chassis tubes, sheet and all manner of things, but really why now????
ok so I'll get the brakes all bled :) so enlisted swmbo to pump the pedal... nothing. popped round to my mate who has a vac bleeder . swmbo disappeared inside. so undid the m/c pipes dry as a bone, so after twisting down into the footwell m/c out pressure on 1 but not 2 of the outlets..... grr #2.
so sat in the car to contemplate the world and thought throttle pedal feels kinda vague so as I can see the t/b pushed it a few times and YES the nipple parted company with the cable grr#3 so it is now removed aswell.... if I wanted to hang upside down I would have been a bat !!!!
still its better to find these things now
so today I broke things, gave up and came inside, tomorrow is another day :)

Your lucky, I painted my chassis 2 years ago left it to dry and havent been back in there since!

Sometimes it's better to walk away! 2 years is a bit long though! Get back in there. I think I abandoned mine for about 5 months after painting though!
