Hi, dont forget to post some pics so if it works (and I like it) I can copy it.
there was a pic of a locost chassis on here a while ago using escort pedals which got me thinking about using the sierra ones so I saved mine from my donor but havent done anything with them yet

Oh bother

I like the way you have done that Mark

Been thinking about the pedals & my clumbsy feet :o

Yep, guessed it right......................Chucked my 2 sets out with the scrap about a month ago  :D

At a guess, I dare say Escort ones will do the trick

Hello,
Can someone let me know the clutch pedal distance between the pivot point and the foot pad?
I think that the quadrant used at the Sierra have a radius of 45 mm, can you confirm?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Tell me about it.....:D
Tying ya self in knots and hanging by ya toe nails trying to fix stuff.
It's always amazed me that when they build these ships they take no account of how to fix them when they go wrong..

Is that an ajustable bias valve? whats it from?
Ray:)

Trophy Blue 7th November 2009 08:13 PM

It is a bias velve from a Fiat Uno and made adjustable by bolting it into a 'box' of 3mm steel with a threaded section to accept a bolt and lock nut. Totally un needed if using disc up front and drums at the rear. Mine is permanently off and was the only thing that was dubious at SVA, the tester said it was adjustable, I said it wasn't - he had to agree when I told him to adjust it. The bolt was in my pocket!! :D :D
