Recession Busting Deals

Here we go with the best recession busting deals we can put together....;)

We know that everything is getting financially tight for most people at the moment so in the hope that we can help fellow builders with their projects or encourage prospective builders to the Haynes projects we have put together a separate page on the Saturn Stores for package and bulk purchase deals. There are too many to list so please feel free to follow the link below to have a browse:

http://www.saturnsportscars.co.uk/st...ewCat&catId=24

Also we have modified the mold for the Saturn nose cone so that it now comes with a larger fixing flange ease with the top rail mounting.

Have a good weekend......AndyH ;)

Is there a time limit on these special deals?

Cheers,

Jonathan

No there shouldn't be any time limits, not trying to generate quick orders but to attract as many builders to the Haynes side of the fence and keep everything to the principals of lo-cost.

Others big suppliers (GBS, Tiger etc) are advertising similar packages but looking at them all i believe we can compete if not beat them, the more people building Haynes the better it is for all of us. And they are a bloody good car.

Also the flat pack chassis deals included in some of the package deals are still being put together by HandyAndy so they will remain top notch quality.....;)

Cheers.....AndyH

Might have to order my bodywork a bit earlier than planned. Good deal Andy, hopefully will get a few more people starting their projects. Now if you could only do a deal on some coilovers.................:D

spud69 8th October 2010 04:58 PM

Sorry Mr Crash but they are sold more or less at cost but there is a little special for the dampers, springs and polybushes together.

AndyH

CaptainCrash1971 8th October 2010 05:02 PM

To be honest I'll be extremely happy with the 80 odd quid saving on me bodywork. Will probably have a nosey down to Saturn one weekend soon just to catch up and get some advice, will eventually be starting my build in the next couple of weeks.

By 'eck there are some seriously good deals there:eek:
Knowing the quality of Saturn's stuff there are going to be some very happy builders out there.
All a bit too late for me but I am sure there will be many takers.

Bonzo 8th October 2010 08:16 PM

Well done Saturn

That is some cracking stuff you have put together there Andy :)

I am sure that you will attract a whole bunch of new Roadster builders :)

The top end package is superb mate .... One thing for sure, that sort of kit would have saved me a whole lot of wonga :)

spud69 8th October 2010 08:29 PM

Cheers Ronnie, appreciate the feedback.

At the end of the day we all want to see the Haynes moved on from the association with the Ron Champion Locost, which a lot of people still do as soon as you mention the Chris Gibbs version. There's a lot of major league manufacturers putting out some very competitively priced package deals out on the market and its time to bring the Haynes alongside them.

Now its been a long week so time for some beer, rock band and pool.

Cheers Again....AndyH

james3004 18th October 2010 09:59 PM

just an observation but it's cheaper to buy the wishbone deal and the polybushes separately than the wishbone and polybush deal, or am i being daft?

Also how do you fit front camber adjusters or do they need special wishbones?

shh120m 21st October 2010 07:02 PM

well, iv just parted with nearly 400 pounds of my hard earned....:D
dont tell the missus:mad:

can you give me a bell to let me know when parts will be available for collection?

cheers andy

nathan
