Voodoo

It's looking like there will be around 14 to 15 parts to the all new Voodoo body work, some neat touches everywhere with ease of assembly as the main focus on why things are done a certain way. It's going to really lift the quality of build and will rival some big names that cost almost twice as much..

I'm impressed with the Voodoo bods for taking to this like ducks to water as when I was asked for advice I wasn't keen at first, but they are infectious car freaks and listen, learn then get on with it plus adding new ideas all the time.

Not up to me to post pictures though so that will have to wait till Voodoo are 100% happy to release them:)

Thanks for the kind words Mark; the whole team is committed and enthusiastic but the new elements you are bringing to the design are brilliant. Simple little changes which make you think; "why the hell didn't I think of that?" on top of bigger deisgn updates which make you think; "wow!"

I am really excited about getting some images up but will only do so when we are ready, we have taken our time getting this right rather than just bodging together some tat to flog on for a quick profit so waiting a little longer won't hurt. I have a studio session in the pipeline so suffice to say it won't be a million years...

stop wasting time on the forum and get it finished, i'm growing tired of all this talk and no pictures from the both of you.

voodoo 7th June 2011 04:01 PM

You see talking is what defines us as human beings, animals just do things without reasoned discussion and look how many kit cars they build! ;)

Matt

AshG 7th June 2011 04:13 PM

It was the first thing that popped into my head...:D

Airhead 8th July 2011 09:11 PM

There is definately bodywork there, it isn't going as quickly as I'd hoped as Mark is nursing an old shrapnel wound he sustained in Denang; Damn those Viet Cong, damn them to hell!

Cornish electric works different to other electric...drecklytric it's known as and allows for jobs to take 3 times as long without the operator having to even try and hold up a job. It's been perfected over many years between cream teas..:p The pastie harvest takes ages too.

MarkB 10th July 2011 11:08 AM

Not sure on how it will all work or even if it's possible BUT:
My cousin lives and runs his own business in Sydney doing some electrical supply thing or something. But he imports a lot of stuff into Oz and he is car mad, his firm sponsors a car in the nutty Bathurst race.
Looking at the in and outs of how best and if worth while of course, to import body panels, seats and possibly complete kits. I know MNR do this and have an agent in Oz.

When I have more info I will post it up:)

Well with Voodoo having the MX5 chassis etc happening, Voodoo International may get another customer over here. Bring it on, and keep us informed!
