Bulkhead fitting for copper hardlines
Hello all
I'm proper confused with what bulk head fitting i need to get i need to order it tonight/ tomorrow morning for a chance to get it by the weekend. Unless anyone knows any places in Bristol i can get them from. Anyhow the question is this..... what bulkhead fitting do i need to get to attach the copper brake lines in all 4 corners. I have not purchased the flex lines yet so these can be male or female. Is this the right thing? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Stainless-...item4ab074c1ff |

Hi,
The first fitting you have pictured there is a braided flexi fitting so if you have that of your flexi line you just need a M10x1 female fitting on your copper line. The second one will join your copper line and flexi line if they both have a female fitting. Have you flexi lines yet? what fitting do they have. J |
sorry just realised you don't have flexi lines so what you want to do is get your bulkhead fitting on the flexi and just a female fitting on your copper line

You can get them from any motor factor. I bought my copper lines and the unions from the same place and the flared the pipe ends for me. |
Ahh i see. I did not realise that they came with the bulkhead fittings. I guess in an ideal world for me flexi lines would have a male at one end and female at the other that would connect into the bulkhead fitting and caliper.
