I like mark Evans but each to their own.
That series is quite good and I've got it on DVD. Gives a good idea of the way to do things and the order

Never mind man pounds, im gony get her to buy all my parts from now on, after all everything she buys was "half price"

Also i may have done Mark Evans a diss-service i just remember this terrible show he used to do in the day. Garden makeover or something, he used to ask questions to the people to win the plants for the makeover. was proper mince.

I've recently watched both A Racing Car is Born (Westie) and A Car is Born (Pilgrim Sumo) on Youtube. I wish I had done that earlier, both were fun. It's useful to know how Westfield goes about certain jobs (carpets, dashboard, etc.) A major revelation from those shows was that I know nothing about circuit racing, and I'll need instruction if I venture onto a track.

In the Cobra show there is a nice side-strory of track racing basics, taught by Ian Forrest. In the Westfield show, though, Ian just takes various cars round the track and is totally thrilled with handling of each and every of them.
