cheap bonnet catches

I've been looking in to how people secure their bonnets and what type of catches they use, I'm not a fan of the rubber ball and hook type and the flush fit areo catches are not cheap either if you want four of them. The current body work on offer has no provision in the mouldings for one set type of catch leaving the builder to work this out on their own. I've found a version that is cheap, flush fitting and doesn't look like it's been nailed on either.
If you removed the nut and bolt a machined bracket could be made for the latch part to engage in to. This version locks and I have found the same thing with just the push button.
So thoughts?
