mx5 pod filter and air flow meter?

hey guys, I want to fit a pod filter and air flow meter to the car in a different place. Just run a 2.75 inch silicon hose to the air flow sensor then attach the pod to the end of that. But what about all the hoses that connect to the OEM air box at the trottle body end of the set up? what do I do with these?

cheers
john
