rear shock problem

hi guys
Not sure if this has been covered before
But here goes
I'm just fitting my rear shocks and have come across a little problem
I'm using mx5 uprights and a set of talons wishbones
I can't get the upright to sit flush against the bottom of the shock

What would be my solution to this?

Regards
Steve

Thanks for the reply Phil
My first thought was to trim the upright a bit but I wanted to check first

Or just space it off with a spacer?

That can't happen as the upright has to sit flush with the shock
Because with both adjusters in place there is no room for any spacers

the protech shock are designed differently at the bottom to give clearance, not sure about any other makes, just starting to look at this myself
