Toyota Supra As A Donor ?

Hi All,

I just joined this wonderful world of locosts and would like you all to welcome me here (say hello :D).
I'm planing my build for the coming summer and was thinking of using a MKIII Toyota Supra any thoughts ?
The engine is a bit big (7M-GE) I'm not sure if its going to fit. What I'm looking for is a 190+bhp donor car.
Haven't got many options since I live in Saudi Arabia, most cars here are either big V8s or small 4 cylinder fwd. Please share your thoughts.

Saad.

A warm welcome.

Hello & welcome to the forum :)

I can't realy help with advice on the Toyota engine

Is the Toyota MR2 or Mazda MX5 available in Saudi.

I would imagine the Audi range of engines shouldn't be too hard to find.

If you are looking for power perhaps the Range rover V8 could be sourced ;)

I am sure you will get some sound advice on here.

OH, I nearly forgot the BMW engine option :D :D

I think going the BMW route would be better as they are found all over the place like plastic bags....:D
