Hi Tilly thanks for the pics that clears up what you have been sayng a treat. Is that a hamerite painted chassis like mine? Glad someoe else has used a brush like myself.

yeh chassis is hammerite smooth black brushed on over 2 pack etvhing primer
In many respects the primer is more inportant than the top coat

anyways hope the pics help

Hi, I see you have put holes in the back panel for acces to the diff bolts (good idea) are you planning on putting grommets in those holes?
I hadnt thought of putting holes in there was going to put the bolts in place before final fit of back panel and maybe captivate by welding but your idea seems much more future proof.

yeh i thought about welding the bolts in as well but i plan to fit grommets like you say, like you said the key to me descision was future proofing

New to the forum, Where did you get the reverse motor and sprocket?, ive heard bout a kit from mk sports cars, just wondering how you have tackled it
