It would appear that if you are fitting a CVH engine, as I am, that this rail has to be removed. Do you have to fit a replacement. If so from where to where ?

Hi Peter,
sorry i don,t know how to do a link :o but forum member "Gus" put a post on my "Big Day" thread (in the chassis section) with an attachment of what he did,
basically put in a brace from TR2 approx 30cms forward of the TR8 junction back to TR8 to more or less where TR5 would have met TR8....if that makes sense :eek: :D
might also be worthwhile doing the same to the passenger side too ;)
