cp16

Made the parts for cp16 today and the bit thats welded on is alot longer then the slot its welded to. Is this correct? Does it overlap at the bottom? Took some pics but forgot my phone lead so cant upload them sorry. just to make clear its the 75mm distance. Anyone got any pics of what it should look like?

I think mine was a bit longer as well
Yes it does overlap.
I'll look see if I got a pic

I'd guess at the overlap being around 10-15mm though. Looks abit wrong.

Ta dude

This is the only pic I've got that shows CP16

Probably not much use.
The slot size is not important, it's the position of the plate that holds the bush that needs to be about right.
Because it helps to dictate the position of the steering wheel

Yea think mine was about 15mm overlap as well, don't worry about it.

I've just cut out my CP16 bit. Found once I had the seat, pedals and steering wheel in place and set up for my driving position, It required raising, in order to bring the wheel down.

put cp16 up as high as you can get it, basically flush with the top rail or you will have engine mount touching steering colum issues
