Seat runners
 

Hi,

a question thats been ask before so bare with me.

I may be able to get some runners out of a 200 series rover, would they be any good or even useable? I'll be using Triton seats.

I know metro/landrover/sierra runners are the ones the majority of people are using. Are there any alternatives that don't require too much fettling??:)
