Spare wheel

I'm hopefully going to start my car soon well if i sell my kayak on ebay:)

I'm thinking of mounting a spare wheel as WHEN i complete the car i intend to use it as an everyday car. and as i live in the sticks it would be nice to have a spare.

a bit like the design i have seen on ebay: 290457786970.

does anybody know what i would need to do regarding size, SVA etc?

Cheers Dean

can of instant seal. Don't stick 25KG of burden on a car that weighs 600KG

TT

Do it after IVA if you really have too.

I thought if i do any amendments it would have to go through again?

I recall seeing a company a few years ago at Stoneleigh i think that sold a product that you pumped into your tyre and this lined it so that when you got a puncture you just pull out the object and the 'slime' is drawn to the hole by the air leak.Im pretty sure it was TUV approved and rated safe at up to 150 mph.

my dads got that on his bike i think its called "Gloop"?

flyerncle 29th July 2010 09:59 PM

Dont tell them you have done it and I think Gloop for bikes is only good for low speed below 30 mph.
