DVLA Forms - Useful Link
 

Sent off the forum VIN application letter to the DVLA and just had a letter back asking me to fill in a V627/1, built up inspection report and a V55/5 so they can issue my VIN number. In best fashion they have included no info on how to fill out the forms. However I came across this useful guide to filling out the forms - http://www.toyne.org.uk/docs-reg.html
