standard 2.0 block

205 is the EFi & cosworth
200 is the cosworth 4x4
204 is the thickwall transit ( IIRC ) late one.

the 20 is fine though.

The only reasons to worry about the different Pinto blocks are
1. If you want to bore it 93.mm or more
2. If you intend to have big turbo power over 300bhp
3. For the rods, early rods weaker later injection rods better, Cosworth rods Nice

i had a 20 block which bored to 2.1 ok

Also have a 20 block bored to 93mm, they have thinner bore walls and some are slightly offset. If you are unlucky enough to have both problems there is a chance you could break through to the water jacket or have a porous cylinder.
My latest engine was built round a Transit 205 block bored to 93mm with Cosworth rods. There is room for a rebore if I need to

20 blocks are Ok and most from around 1981 onward should bore to 93mm though I wouldn't go further. The 205 block should bore to 93mm 100% but I still wouldn't take one further as there's just too much blow-by when these engines are stretched.
Having a big turbo on the 205 cossie (selected and measured blocks) Vs a boggo 20 makes little difference at standard bore sizes unless you go over 500bhp, and even the 200 struggles over 600bhp on racers with blocks being 'lifed'
after only 20 - 30 hours!
Fast road spec to max Ford oversize should present no probs and if it does then that block was a dud anyway....
