Compound Mitre Cut Pack

As promised I,ve put pen to paper & have looked into supplying ALL the parts that require COMPOUND MITRE cuts for the Standard Book Chassis.

The pack will contain the following

FF2 (will include the 26degree "notch cut out")
FF3 (will include the 26degree "notch cut out")
D1
D2
SB5
SB6
RS11
RS12
SW1 ( amended compound angle )
SW2
TT9
TT11

All parts will be labelled with their part number & each end marked with the cut angles.
The parts will be supplied in either 1.6mm or 2mm walled thickness ( customers choice).

Cost will be £44 plus delivery ( at cost ).

I will also be making every "boxed tube" required in the chassis available on an individual basis (costings will follow soon), so with the above Mitre Pack this will hopefully give even more options available to a builder.

So basically I have tried to give every option to enable a builder to make the chassis main frame.... The following are available from me .

Full Flat pack chassis kit
Compound Mitre pack
Individual component boxed tube .

The above options can be supplied alongside any parts available from the Saturn Sports Cars "stores", this may offer a saving on carriage costs when other parts are purchased.

Great idea I had a few of these off andy earlier in the year as I was unable to cut them myself, a great help to those of us unable to cut these compound miters ourselves.

Keep up the good work

Andy,

I thought you would have waited until you'd finished your car before taking on all the extra work ;) :D

Kind regards

John

Cheers for the nice comments guys :)

Just trying to offer more options to builders ,

To go either the full flat pack route, or the Compound Mitre pack & cut the remainder themselves, or the individual part option that might save a builder having to purchase a full length of steel just to make one part etc . :)
