Spring Length

Hoping to pop the car down on its wheels soon. As a a quick guide I was wondering if anyone who has set their ride height happens to have their car in the air at the moment.

If so could you do me a favour and measure the distance between the spring seats on the front and rear (Protech shocks with 250 and 350 lbs springs). Would be a good ballpark starting figure for me to get the car near the correct height.

Cheers

Dave

100mm under the front chassis and 130mm ish for the rear is the general opinion and half way for the damper setting.

Hi Flyerncle - thanks for responding. Are those figures you quoted the ride hight or the distance between the spring seats at full droop ?

Cheers

Dave
